Our Board

The MTC Board is responsible for ensuring the organisation operates in accordance with relevant laws and the MTC Australia Constitution.

By providing strategic direction and financial and policy advice, the Board supports the Chief Executive, who leads the Executive Leadership Team towards achieving MTC Australia’s Vision and Mission.

Rob Campbell

With over 30 year’s experience Rob has specialised in business consolidation, growth and transformational change across the public, private, and not for profit sectors. Rob has lead and consulted in organisations such as Australia Post, Alcatel-Lucent, Macquarie Bank, Mission Australia and Uniting. Within the Not-for-Profit sector, Rob has focussed on providing strategic direction in workforce participation, social and community housing, and community services for marginalised Australians.

Kim Wilson
Deputy Chair

Kim is the Founder of Kwela Solutions, a tech start up providing software solutions for not for profits. Kim was previously one of the architects of a successful cloud based Risk, Compliance and Incident Management software product. She has had over 10 years’ management consulting experience – most recently providing risk management consulting to Boards, senior management and risk and compliance teams.

Adrian Rees

Treasurer and Chairman of Audit and Risk Committee
Adrian is an experienced senior executive, and has worked for nearly 30 years’ in the areas of funds management, finance, superannuation, insurance, customer service, sales and regulation.

Dr Suzanne Rickard GAICD

Suzanne has held senior roles in the public and private sector, in academia and with CEDA (the Committee for Economic Development of Australia), a non-profit public policy membership organisation.  Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Suzanne’s areas of expertise include business strategy, corporate governance, policy development, communications, stakeholder relations, mentoring, analysis and research.

Suzanne Jones GAICD

Consulting across personal injury claims management and compensable schemes, Suzanne’s experience spans corporate, government and for-purpose sectors. Her work promotes policy, intervention, employment options to maximise workforce participation and people’s capacity to secure employment. Suzanne chairs the Australian Health Benefits of Good Work (HBGW) Steering Group – industry arm of the Royal Australasian College of Physician’s HBGW Campaign. She is an AICD graduate, has close ties with academia and a track record of converting research into commercial application. Appointments include the Australian Physiotherapy Association Council and Professional Standards Committee and NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority.

Michael Broadhead

Michael has over 20 years’ experience in brand and digital strategy, design and communications. He is a trustee of CEDA (Committee for the Economic Development of Australia) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Michael has global and regional experience with large multi-nationals and start-ups in Australia, United States, Singapore and China and has also worked with Federal, NSW and QLD Government agencies including the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
