Do you need help finding a job? Disability Employment Services (DES) assists people living with disabilities to prepare for, find and keep a job.
We offer a range of services to support your individual needs. You’ll be assigned a dedicated case manager who understands your situation, and work with them one-on-one to help prepare you for employment.
This could include training in specific job skills or job search support, such as writing resumes and cover letters, practising your interview technique, and help with finding suitable jobs.
When you are initially placed into a job you’ll receive help too, which might include on-the-job training or arranging employer support.
