There are no entry requirements for this course, although we recommend that students have language, literacy and numeracy skills at ACSF Level 2.
How it Works
Certificate III in Warehousing Operations is delivered via a combination of face-to-face and distance-based learning, and is comprised of 3 core and 16 elective units (19 units of competency in total).
• Apply chain of responsibility legislation, regulations and workplace procedures • Follow work health and safety procedures • Complete workplace orientation/induction procedures
• Complete receival/despatch documentation • Use inventory systems to organise stock control • Identify products and store to specifications • Organise despatch operations • Organise receival operations • Organise warehousing records operations • Control and order stock • Receive and store stock • Test equipment and isolate faults • Prepare workplace documents • Consolidate manifest documentation • Implement and monitor work health and safety procedures • Apply quality systems • Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices • Use info-technology devices in the workplace • Load and unload vehicles carrying special loads
