The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management course is for developing and emerging leaders/managers working in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for your own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. Successful completion of this course may lead to career opportunities as a coordinator, leading hand, supervisor or team leader.
Who is it For?
There are no entry requirements for this course, although we recommend that students have language, literacy and numeracy skills at ACSF Level 3.
How it Works
Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is delivered via a combination of face-to-face and distance-based learning, and is comprised of 4 core and 8 elective units (12 units of competency in total).
