In 2023,MTC’s dedication to fostering inclusion across a wide spectrum of diversity areas was recognised through the naming of our organisation as an Inclusive Employer by Diversity Council of Australia.
As an organisation that has a presence in 45 locations across the Greater Sydney and Queensland regions, we understand the importance of engaging with and assisting members of the community from all cultural and social backgrounds. Our Reconciliation Action Plan shows the priority our organisation places on fostering positive employment and development outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
MTC Australia is proud to have been named an Inclusive Employer 2023-24 by the nation’s independent peak body for workplace diversity, Diversity Council Australia.
To be eligible for the Inclusive Employer title, organisations are required to demonstrate a deep commitment to inclusion by surpassing the National Index Benchmark in at least five of the following six crucial measures: Awareness, Engagement, Inclusive Organisational Climate, Inclusive Leadership, Inclusive Team, and Exclusion. We are immensely proud to announce that MTC Australia has not only met but exceeded these benchmarks across all measures.
