At MTC Australia, we know that sometimes personal challenges can prevent you from making progress. With Allied Health, you can get help to overcome these challenges so you can continue on your path to success.
Through our network of mental health practitioners, you can access confidential psychology and counselling services at no cost to you.

How to access our Allied Health services
MTC’s Allied Health services are available to our customers who have been referred to the service by their Coach. Your Coaches can refer you to our Allied Health team if they feel like you could benefit from extra support.
If you would like to talk to one of our psychologists or counsellors and haven’t been referred, please talk to your Coach.

You will have complete privacy so you can focus on what’s most important. They use evidence-based practices for a range of issues, including:

Our Allied Health service can meet some of your mutual obligation requirements and PBAS (Points Based Activation System). They can also help prepare medical documentation for ESAt (Employment Services Assessment with DHS/Centrelink) and work out if you’re receiving the correct level of service.

“I can’t thank Jeff enough for his help. He was very compassionate and helped me address and manage my depression with tools that eliminated my negative feelings. Thanks to Jeff, I’m in a better place with my daughters, as they suffered in the past due to my bad choices and decisions.”
