At MTC Australia we are dedicated to providing the support and guidance that young people need to get more out of life, work, or study. With care and encouragement, we build the skills, confidence, and resilience that young people need to achieve their goals and create a bright future of their choosing.
We are a trusted provider of high-quality employment and education programs, which means we can create tailored programs to suit the needs of our young customers as they grow, supporting them through either further study or their first job.
Our Youth Programs
Youth Employment Assistance is a personalised service designed to help young people, aged 16-26 years old with an NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) plan, who have recently left school. Youth Employment Assistance supports school leavers successfully transition from school to further education or employment by building their skills and confidence.
Opportunity Hubs provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people with the skills, confidence, and support to successfully transition from secondary school into further education or employment.
Why join MTC Australia’s Youth Programs?
MTC is committed to ensuring that we are constantly finding the best solutions for your students, whether that be in training, education, or employment. It is important to us that the young people we help are given the opportunity to thrive.
Our staff are inquisitive, adaptable, and put in the effort to understand your students as individuals. We truly care about who they are, and we want them to succeed in life.
We provide our staff with rigorous training and support to ensure they are well equipped to meet your student’s ever-changing and complex needs. This ensures the young people in our programs get the right support to make positive choices in their lives.
Our youth-centred and collaborative approach allows the students involved to feel that they are taking charge of their lives and future goals.
