Am I eligible for School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)?
School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is designed for 16-22-year-old school leavers who have a current NDIS plan (or are eligible participants with the NDIS) and who have a goal of employment.
Personalised support services
Our SLES service includes group and individual workshops designed to support your independence and help you achieve your employment goals. Each school leaver’s plan will be different and will include activities tailored to meet your personal needs.
Our experienced Job Coaches will help you build your capacity and confidence, and learn skills such as:
Job readiness
Vocational specific skills
Money handling
Time management
Personal development
Traveling on public transport
Communication
Confidence
We will plan your unique employment pathway together, designing work experience and industry visits to help guide your decision about the sort of job you’d like to secure.
