Am I eligible for Introduction to Self-Employment?
To be eligible for the Introduction to Self-Employment workshop, you must:
Be aged 15 years or older
Be legally allowed to work in Australia (no working holiday or student visa holders)
You must not:
Have filed for bankruptcy and still be classified as bankrupt
Be employed for more than 25 hours a week
*Additional criteria apply for some services

Our five-day online workshop is intended to help you determine whether your business idea had the potential to become a real and sustainable business. You will learn:
- What’s really involved in starting a business
- How to develop and validate your business idea
- Whether self-employment is right for you
