Workforce Australia is a government-funded program designed to help people prepare for and find work. When you join MTC’s Workforce Australia program you’ll work one-on-one with a Coach who will help you identify your strengths and needs and get you ready for work.
Our Disability Employment Service (DES) helps people living with a long-term disability, injury, or illness, find suitable employment. As a DES customer, you’ll work at a pace that suits you with a dedicated Recruitment Partner who’ll help you to identify your needs, set some goals, and create a plan for achieving them.
At MTC, using a mix of both face-to-face and online servicing, we offer the support and guidance you need to get more out of life, work, or study. With care and encouragement from our team, you can build the skills and confidence to realise your potential.
