At MTC, we provide the support and systems you need to get real outcomes for your customer. From best-in-class referrer services to integrated training, we have everything you need to succeed.
Self-Employment Assistance is a government-funded initiative that can set your customers on the path to success if they’re looking to start a small business. With our online referral process, we now make it even easier than before to refer your customers to MTC.
Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) is a government-funded employment and training program that provides eligible job seekers with English and computer training in an understanding, adult learning environment.
Do you have a customer living with a disability and looking for work? Our Disability Employment Services (DES) program can help them find and keep a job that they love.
Career Transition Assistance (CTA) is a program tailored to help your customers aged 45 and over who are looking for a new job or to change career paths.
Through the wide variety of courses available at MTC, your customer can become qualified for a particular role or industry or even gain the skills they need to become their own boss.
This training is subsidised by the NSW Government.

We can help your customers develop the skills and knowledge they need to find a job with Employability Skills Training (EST). They will learn essential workplace skills such as communication and improve their resume writing skills.
