In what was a challenging year for our community as we dealt with the Black Summer bushfires and the COVID-19 pandemic, MTC was able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and continue to provide high quality employment, education and training programs to our customers across the Greater Sydney region.

Over the course of the 2019–20 Financial Year, our programs supported more than 20,000 people from a diverse range of backgrounds, helping them find the means and motivation to create a life of their choosing.
