The past year held many challenges and triumphs for our organisation, employees, and customers as we dealt with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. However, the hard work that everyone put in during 2020 to implement new systems and to get our customers online meant that we could minimise the impact on our service delivery and continue to provide high-quality employment, education, and training programs for our customers.

During the 2020-2021 financial year, our various programs supported more than 17,000 people to find the means and motivation to create a life of their choosing.
