About the role
Reporting to the Marrickville Operations Manager, the Recruitment Business Development Manager will focus on both blue-collar and white-collar sectors. While our expertise lies in logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing, you will leverage our established client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities. Working closely with a team of consultants and account managers, you will play a pivotal role in securing positions across various industries.
You will gain success through:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within both blue-collar and white-collar markets.
- Doing the hard yards – sales calls, sales visits and proposals.
- Understanding MTC in its entirety and leveraging off it.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored workforce solutions.
- Building a strong relationship with your team.
About you
To be effective in this role you will have:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- A solid understanding of both blue-collar and white-collar labour markets and trends.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Capability to provide regular reports on business development activities and market insights.
