Our Pathway Program has been developed in consultation with relevant employers to ensure that our students are equipped with the specific skills they need for entry-level jobs.

Our Courses
Care Pathway Program
The SEE Pathway Program to Entry Care Jobs will prepare you for an entry-level role in the care industry, such as Assistant in Nursing, Home Care Worker, Lifestyle Assistant, or Personal Care Assistant.
Childcare Pathway Program
The SEE Pathway Program to Childcare will prepare you for an entry-level job as a Childcare Worker.
Cleaning Pathway Program
The SEE Pathway Program to Cleaning will prepare you for an entry-level job in the cleaning industry, such as Commercial Cleaner or Housekeeper.
Forklift Pathway Program
The SEE Pathway Program to Forklift Driving will prepare you for the written component of the forklift license test.
Hospitality Pathway Program
The SEE Hospitality Pathway Program will prepare you for an entry-level job in the hospitality industry, such as Waiter or Waitress, Restaurant Host, Room Service Attendant, or Concierge.
Job Skills Pathway Program
The SEE Job Skills Pathway Program will prepare you for entry level employment opportunities. This course has a strong focus on job seeking skills, Microsoft Office programs, and career planning.
Pick Packing Pathway Program
MTC’s SEE Pathway Program to Pick Packing will prepare you for an entry-level job in the warehouse industry, such as Pick Packer or Store Person.
Retail Pathway Program
The SEE Pathway Program to Retail will prepare you for jobs in the retail industry while you develop your ITC skills and learn about the retail sector.
